Coconut -1 Jaggery – 2tbsp Water – 1/2cup -Slice coconut into thin strips as shown in the picture melt jaggery in 1/2 cup water coat coconut slices with melted jaggery water drain excess liquid by leaving the coated slices in a colander. roast these slices in a oven at 200 degrees for 15 mins or until the coconut slices are crispy but not burnt. Soaked Almonds in dates Soaked almonds peeled -10 Dates pitted – 3 Stuff peeled almonds in pitted dates and enjoy. Jackfruit seeds masala fry Jackfruit seeds Onions Green chillies Onions Garlic Ginger Garam masala Coriander Sesame oil Red chilli Salt -Remove outer layer(thin yellow and papery) of jackfruit seeds -pressure cook them along with onions, chillies, garlic, ginger, red chilli powder and salt for three whistles. -saute these cooked seeds and the onion mixture in sesame oil until golden brown. -sprinkle garam masala, adjust seasonings and stir for another 5 minutes. -turn off the stove and add coriander leaves, stir for another minute.
